The CEL-621 is an advanced version of the standard CEL-620 real time analyzer and offers measurement of the statistical parameters or LN% percentiles that are often used to characterize the noise levels in environmental measurements.

The CEL-621 is a sound level meter designed to appeal to those users looking to do basic noise studies in industrial noise situations and to investigate the variability of the noise climate in terms of the LN% results. 4 of the LN% values are fixed at the 10%, 50%, 90% and 95% values plus there is the possibility for the user to select 1 extra LN% value from 01 to 99 % for any specific requirement needed to complete a survey.

Included in a CEL-621 instrument:
CEL-621 Wide range integrating sound level meter includes a set of 3 x AA batteries for up to 10 hours use, a wrist strap and a USB connection cable to computer. A calibration and conformance certificate is provided for all meters in the series. 

Included in a CEL-621 instrument kit:
The basic CEL-621/K1 sound level meter kit includes the required meter (CEL-621A, CEL-621B or CEL-621C meter and type or type 2 microphone capsule) plus a matching acoustic calibrator and USB cable in a small foam lined kit case. Download of stored results would normally be done using standard office programs such as Excel.
The advanced CEL-621/K2 kit includes the registration code for Casella Insight to enable download of stored results to the Insight Plugin for the CEL-62X series meters.
