The DuraChem 500 Chemical Protection Suit provides CBRN protection along with general Hazmat protection in a tactical-style non-encapsulating suit. This garment is designed as a ‘multi-use, single-exposure’ apparel that provides maximum protection at an affordable price compared to expensive reusable garments. The DuraChem 500 is a NFPA 1994 certified solution for terrorism incident response. The unique rear-entry design facilitates doffing to eliminate cross-contamination concerns and the elastomeric face opening gasket fits securely around a respirator to eliminate the need for taping. This chemical protection ensemble comes with a rear entry coverall, vertical zipper with double storm flaps and hook and loop fasteners, elastomeric face seal on hood, attached 25 mil butyl gloves, Kevlar gloves, and attached sock booties with splash guards.
