The Rental Robot is the rentable automated material logistics for your safety equipment. The issue-and-return station provides each registered user with the desired work equipment and any necessary consumables – right there on site, at any time of day, with no need for personnel to stand by and man the station. This not only saves time and resource but also grants full transparency.
The operating terminal with touch screen is used to control the lockers and to identify users and devices. Each user can identify themselves or a device via the barcode / RFID interface and optionally issue or return a device.
Cabinet versions -
Four different locker versions are available by default, with different compartment sizes and numbers of compartments. (3, 5, 8 and 16 compartments). A charger is available in each compartment and compartments are individually configurable at product type level (i.e. a different product in each compartment). Each locker can be opened with a key without power and without software.

The Rental Robot software was specially programmed for the issue-and return of devices, user management (site authorisation, product authorisation), device management, service procedure, reporting, area management and email management
WebApp -
Possible to access from the customer’s own PC. Completely centralised user creation and management is possible (set up of product and site authorisations). Relevant reports can be created and downloaded in order to run your own analysis. A current view of Rental Robot equipment on one or multiple sites within a network is possible.
