Draeger X-act 5000 Basic-
The Draeger X-act 5000 Basic all-in-one, automatic pump is used in conjunction with the colorimetric Draeger-Tubes and simultest sets for taking measurements on the spot with direct reading results. The pump may be programmed to take from 1 to 200 strokes enabling measurements into the ppb range. The X-act 5000 Basic also features a constant flow mode for use with sorbent tubes like charcoal and silica gel at flow rates over the range of 0.1 to 2.0 L/min.

Automatic tube pump‒
‒ Ideal for a high number of strokes
‒ can be used in explosive areas
‒ highly visible end of measurement indicator
Versatile and robust-
The automatic tube pump is compatible with Dräger short-term tubes as well as sampling tubes and systems. The robust housing supports the use of the pump to perform the daily measuring tasks under tough conditions. The ex-approved Draeger X-act® 5000 Basic can be used for confined space applications and in explosive gas atmospheres.
Measurement in technical gases-
To evaluate measurements in technical gases, the properties of the technical gas must be taken into consideration. Technical gases have a different viscosity than ambient air. Therefore, the flow of the pump must be set accordingly. Following the operating steps in the mode „Measurement in Technical Gases“, the Draeger X-act 5000 Basic will automatically be adjusted to the required flow parameter and the measurement result can be read directly.
